01Loss of capital

Digital assets are volatile and speculative. Newly launched tokens are especially speculative and can lose all of their value. You may lose the entire amount committed, together with fees and transaction costs. Historical performance, market capitalisation, a chart or a project’s popularity does not predict future results.

02Liquidity locked forever

Liquidity created at graduation, a Direct Pool’s liquidity and any locked project tokens are locked forever. Nobody can withdraw, move or migrate them, including the creator and Hyperlogic, even if a contract defect is found, a better venue appears or the market becomes inactive.

A locked pool does not mean you can sell at a useful price. Prices can fall sharply when holders sell.

03Liquidity and execution

A displayed price is not a promise that you can buy or sell at that price. Available liquidity, trade size, fees, slippage and transaction ordering affect execution. Other transactions, including automated ones, can be placed before yours. Liquidity can disappear and markets can become inactive.

Automated trading can incur losses, network costs and execution failures.

04Bonding and graduation

A Curve Launch may never reach its graduation target. Until it graduates, its token can only be bought from its curve and sold back to it, and it cannot be transferred. Buys stop at the target while sells stay open, so selling can push a launch back below its target.

Graduation needs a transaction that anyone can send and that must succeed in full; if it fails, nothing changes and it can be retried. If a launch never graduates, the curve remains the only way to sell. There is no refund and no deadline. The opening valuation and the target are converted to fixed HYPE amounts at creation, so their dollar value later differs.

05Smart contracts and permissions

Smart contracts can contain defects or be exploited. Audits and testing cannot eliminate every risk. Incorrect configuration or compromised keys can cause permanent loss.

Understand who can administer the contracts you use. A lock applies only to the assets, permissions and duration it actually covers; it is not protection against every type of loss.

06Price data

New launches convert their dollar opening valuation and graduation target into HYPE using a HYPE/USD price. Price data can be delayed or inaccurate, and new launches may pause while a current price is unavailable.

07A new network

Elysium is a new network with a short operating history. Outages, congestion, upgrades and problems on the networks it depends on can delay or prevent transactions or cause loss.

Explorer pages and other data shown on the site can lag behind the chain or be incomplete.

08Bridge

The bridge on the funding page uses Elysium’s official deposit contracts. It moves assets into Elysium only: there is currently no route back to HyperEVM through Hyperlogic.

Deposits can be delayed, and bridged assets depend on additional contracts and operators. A matching ticker does not identify the same asset on another network.

09Wallets

Malicious approvals, phishing sites and compromised wallets can cause loss. Sending an asset to the wrong address or network may be irreversible.

10Project tokens and third-party content

A project may fail, be abandoned, misrepresent its activity or have concentrated ownership. Creators, early buyers and other holders can hold large shares and sell at any time, and their interests can differ from yours. Anyone can create a launch with any name or logo.

News, descriptions, social links and rankings can be incomplete or misleading. Independently assess the contract, distribution, permissions, liquidity and relevant disclosures.

11Treasury and fee risks

Trading activity and fee income are uncertain and can stop. Fees accrue in different assets, and accrued, claimable and claimed amounts are different records.

The Hyperlogic RWA treasury belongs to the platform; buying Stock Tokens with it is not possible on Elysium yet. Treasury value is not redeemable by project-token holders, and no future conversion, distribution or governance right is assured.

12HYPE Wars and referrals

HYPE Wars standings are provisional and can change after review, and a week can end without a winner, its prize rolling forward. Rewards depend on each week’s published rules, its funding and its final result. Trading to raise a score can cost more in fees and losses than any reward. Referral rewards depend on verified, eligible platform fees and may be unavailable.

13Stock Tokens

Stock Token markets are not available on Elysium. Nothing on Hyperlogic is a company share or a Stock Token today. Stockroom shows research about listed companies; underlying market data is not a price for any token on Hyperlogic.

14Regulatory and tax risks

Legal treatment, eligibility and access can change by asset, activity and jurisdiction. Restrictions may affect transfers or trading. You are responsible for evaluating your obligations and obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Records of trades, fees, claims, rewards and asset conversions may be needed for tax reporting. The interface does not determine your tax treatment.

15Test networks

On a test network, tokens have no value and the network can be reset.

16Independent assessment

Hyperlogic content is informational and does not provide personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Evaluate the risks, your circumstances and the specific transaction terms before participating. Do not commit assets you cannot afford to lose.
