01Scope
This policy covers information handled through the Hyperlogic website, its explorer pages and Hyperlogic’s wallet RPC at rpc.hyperlogic.fun. Independent wallets, blockchains, data providers and linked websites have their own data practices. Public blockchain records are not private account records.
02Information used by the interface
When you connect a wallet, the interface receives the account and network information made available by your wallet. When you request balances, transactions or explorer pages, the relevant public address or transaction hash is used to obtain that information.
The interface does not need your seed phrase or private keys. Transaction approval takes place through your wallet. Signing in with your wallet proves that you control an address. Hyperlogic then stores the records you choose to keep with that address: a project profile (its logo, description and links, which Hyperlogic can hide), your referral link, the referrer your wallet accepted and an account watchlist. Project details you enter may include names, descriptions, websites and beneficiary addresses.
HYPE Wars scores and referral rewards are calculated from public blockchain activity. Published results can show wallet addresses and amounts.
03Wallet RPC
If your wallet uses rpc.hyperlogic.fun, the wallet RPC receives your wallet’s requests and the signed transactions it sends, together with your IP address, which it uses to apply rate limits.
Signed transactions are delivered to the network and become public records.
04Information stored on your device
Hyperlogic uses browser storage for saved launch drafts and their logo, stock watchlists, wallet session preferences, the referral code from a referral link you opened and a record of transactions sent from this browser so their status survives a reload. These records support the features you choose to use.
Saved drafts and watchlists remain in the browser until you change them or clear the relevant site data. A referral code is kept for 30 days. Wallet session information is held in session storage. See Cookies & Storage for details and controls.
05Network requests
Loading pages and requesting data involves ordinary network information such as an IP address, request URL, browser headers and request time. Hosting and network providers may process this information when delivering or securing their services, and Hyperlogic’s servers use it to apply rate limits and protect the service.
Requests for public blockchain information can associate a requested address with network information available to the service receiving the request. A public wallet address is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous.
06Purposes
Information is used to display requested market, account and explorer data, deliver the transactions you sign, maintain the preferences you select, keep the records you save, attribute referrals, run HYPE Wars under its published rules, and deliver and protect the interface.
The basis for processing depends on the activity and applicable law, including providing a requested service, necessary security interests, legal obligations or consent where required. A wallet connection is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
07Third-party services
Wallet providers handle connection and signing requests under their own policies. Blockchain node providers, data services and hosting providers supply network data, market information and company filings, and deliver the website. Opening an external explorer, news article or trading site, or sharing to Telegram or X, sends you to that provider.
Information required to complete a request may be processed by the service providing it. Third parties may process information in other countries. Their own notices describe their locations, retention practices and safeguards.
08Public blockchain information
Wallet addresses, transaction details, token balances and contract activity may be publicly visible and retained indefinitely by independent participants. A transaction may reveal relationships between addresses. Bridge deposits are also recorded on HyperEVM.
Deleting browser data or disconnecting a wallet does not delete blockchain records. Hyperlogic cannot erase records held by a decentralised network or independently maintained copies.
09Retention and security
Browser records are retained as described in the storage policy. Public records follow the retention characteristics of their blockchain. A referral connection cannot be changed once accepted. Other processing should be limited to the purpose for which the information is needed and any applicable legal requirements.
No internet service or device is entirely secure. Protect your device, use trusted wallet software and review permissions. Avoid placing sensitive personal information in project descriptions or other material intended to be public.
10Your choices and rights
You can disconnect your wallet, remove watchlist selections and clear site data through your browser. Disconnecting does not revoke permissions granted to a smart contract; manage those permissions through your wallet or an appropriate approval-management tool.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal information, obtain a copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions and the limits of public blockchain records. To make a request, contact team@hyperlogic.fun.
11Children and changes
Hyperlogic is intended for adults. Do not submit personal information if you are under 18.
This policy may change when features or data practices change. Review it when you use a new feature. Material changes requiring consent will not be covered by an earlier wallet connection.
